Arad Municipality

Arad is the second largest city in the West Region in terms of automotive investments, most of which are located in the Arad industrial area.

Thanks to the active involvement of the local public administration and the CCIA Arad in the local economic development policy, the Arad industrial area was inaugurated in 1999 on an area of 15 km2, and production and storage facilities for 10 companies  were built by mid-2001, with infrastructure investments of over $ 1.5 million and over 2,000 jobs created.
