Objectives
• promoting and developing professions in Romania
• focusing on construction and support
• reintegration of the Romanian emigrants returned in the country
Target groups
• unemployed between 18-45 years;
• Small and medium entrepreneurs;
• repatriated;
• youth and high school graduates
Organization: Foundation – NGO
- 28 permanent employees, 10 external collaborators (of which 16 teachers, specialists with many certificates in Germany and Austria);
- Training system: Dual (33% theory, 67% practice; German model);
- Training courses lasting between 2.5 to 28 months;
- Professional training course lasting 2-5 weeks;
Achievements
- 1268 organized courses
- 18,967 participants and graduates of which 4,434 unemployed
- 90% of graduates unemployed workers
- 5 new firms founded by graduates
- 4 companies financially supported (SMEs)
