Green Belt - Lean Six Sigma Course, June 2012

In June 2012, will be organized a training course for specialists Green Belt - Lean Six Sigma, addressed to all those who want to discover a new way of life, simple, dedicated to continuous improvement, not only for the current job, but in any other field of human social or personal activity.

Participation to this course allows understanding of the principles, concepts and tools based on Lean Six Sigma and practice their application for identification of embedded losses in the flow process and possible solutions for improvement. Upon completion of the training action, each participant will be able to:

- Understand the of Lean Six Sigma principles and concepts and the role of a Green Belt for the improvement team;

- Make use of Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC methodology to improve processes;

- To utilize specific Lean instruments;

- To plan the stages of an improvement project.

The course is open, in group of 20 students, with a duration of 70 hours / 10 days course / 2 weeks. The course will be held in two modules of one week of intensive training (full day). The first module ends with an exam and obtaining the level of "Yellow Belt" (LSS-YB). The second part ends with a final exam and achieving the level of "Green Belt" (SLS GB). The two modules can be the starting point for achieving the "Black Belt" and then the "Master Black Belt".

There will be organized two series as following:

Series 1, a mountain resort

Week 1: 4 - 8 June 2012

Week 2: 11 – 15 June 2012

Series 2, Bucharest

Week 1: 18 – 22 June 2012

Week 2: 25 – 29 June 2012
