New members in Automotivest Association

Automotivest is the first automotive cluster of the West Region Romania (Timis, Arad, Caras-Severin, Hunedoara), coordinated by the West Regional Development Agency , non governmental body of public utility, in charge of the economic development of West Region Romania.

The main objective of the Association is to build a local economic environment as an efficient cluster base for a growing supply chain (suppliers/buyers) companies in West Region.

Automotivest Association has 17 members as follows:

· 7 companies (Inteliform, Interpart Production, Continental Automotive Romania, CPM Bocsa, Yazaki Component Technology, DURA AUTOMOTIVE ROMANIA, NUTECHNOLOGIES)

· 3 bodies / research organizations / universities (Politehnica University of Timisoara, the National Institute for Research and Development in Electrochemistry and Condensed Matter, the Institute for Welding and Material Testing Timisoara)

· 2 local authorities (Municipality of Timisoara, Municipality of Arad)

· 5 catalysts (Timis Chamber of Commerce, Arad Chamber of Commerce, West Regional Development Agency, Tehimpuls Association, Romanian-German Foundation for Professional Training in Construction Timisoara).
