Visit to DAIMLER, Kecskemet , Hungary

On  1 February, 2010, the Automotivest Association was invited to visit the new DAIMLER, MERCEDES, site in Kecskemet, Hungary.\

The Daimler site is under construction and will be ready for production by the end of next year. It will employ 400 people, but there will be up to 2,500 people working here up to the start of production.

In order to find suppliers for Daimler and to provide the management of the park, the AIPA Organization - Alfoldi Iparfejlesztesi Nonprofit Kozhasznu kft - was created, which will be in charge of logistics, innovation and research, human resources, and infrastructure.
